These Terms govern your use of Flixer at https://flixer.in. By creating an account or connecting a WhatsApp Business Account you agree to these Terms.
The service
Flixer is a WhatsApp CRM that connects to your own WhatsApp Business Account through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). It provides a shared inbox, contacts, sales pipelines, broadcasts, scheduled sends and no-code automations for the number you connect.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorised to manage the WhatsApp Business Account and phone number you connect.
- You agree to use Flixer in compliance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and all applicable laws, including obtaining valid opt-in before messaging your contacts and not sending spam.
- You are responsible for the content of messages you send through Flixer.
Acceptable use
You may not use Flixer to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages, or in any way that violates Meta’s or WhatsApp’s policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability & changes
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flixer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any interruption of the underlying WhatsApp Business Platform.
